I must've saw this entire incident from the wrong perspective. I mean yes, Cunha's "memory" is SO bad that what he has said is basically "lawyer chat", ---->>> but I thought it was Rayan Ait Nouri who was at fault for the entire debacle.

I thought that too Marko, that fella was a nasty tit who was responsible for getting Burns all angry. Cunha then basically assaulted someone.

So he offered to buy some new glasses for the security guy at say 3 to £500. And saves himself £40,000 on the fine.
