Good to hear some positive talk for a change!Adam Proudlock, given a footballing reprieve by Ipswich Town, believes the Suffolk side can gain promotion back to the Premiership this season.
The 24-year-old said: "I firmly believe that the play-offs are a realistic target.
"I am loving life at Ipswich and it is a magnificent club with players capable of moving the team up the table."
Proudlock has been given another chance by Town manager Joe Royle and has started the last three games in the Championship.
And after his career looked in danger Proudlock believes he can end the season on a high note.
