Alan Irvine sacked by West Brom.

As rumoured at the weekend the inevitable has happened and Irvine has been sacked. Next maybe Nigel Pearson at Leicester City who bought himself a reprieve with a win at Hull City on Saturday.

Not surprised by this, totally out of his depth.

Nope, the fact he has cult status there could see him last longer than any other manager may have done.

West Brom's new manager looks to be a straight choice between Tim Sherwood & Tony Pulis. Given his track record I think I'd give it to the later of the two.

Tony Pulis appears to be the front runner and may be confirmed in post later today barring any late surprises.
