Haha

Back in 2005 I was watching in a basement of a pub when we played West Ham at Upton Park and came back from 2 nil down to draw 2-2. I jumped in the air when Kuqi scored the equaliser and unfortunately there was little head room and I punched the concrete ceiling with my fist taking a lot of skin of and bruising the knuckles.

I didn't care at the time.

Lets not talk about the home leg of that semi...

Let's hope there are a few more holes this time next week!

I hope Paul Anderson knows what he is potentially letting himself in for here:

"Good morning, Mr Morgan. Here to see the ceiling"
"Oh yeah, come in. There it is there."
Tradesman, rubs chin, shakes head, tut tut tuts.....
"That's not going to be cheap, pal."
"It's just a small hole."
"The whole ceiling needs to come down."
"WHAT?"
"Yeah, and all the floorboards upstairs will need lifted."
"SERIOUSLY?"
"Yip, and the joists will probably need re-bolted."
"AW MAN, FFS!"
"Might need to ask next door if we can lift their floorboards too....."

It's gonna be 3 months wages, Paul.

That you Simon, good to see you posting again

Yes I remember that game I really thought we were going to do it after the draw in London. Remember hoping Preston North End would win the final after that but they won the final game to reach the EPL. At least it was better in 2004 when Crystal Palace provided some comfort with a win instead. Can remember using a lot of profanities after those two defeats as well as being very upset, the second time was the worst. Let's not go through that again this time.
