Certainly makes very interesting reading Liz, But I bet you they come out smelling of roses, I think because they broke the FFP rules they should suffer like Luton, Pompey, did and have a massive points deduction, or relegated to the bottom tier league

Quite agree AB. But they wont will they, so only Town and one or two other clubs seem to take any notice of FFP rules.

Pretty sure everyone on this forum would gladly take another season like this over astounding debts like that. Yes that £120M EPL carrot is "where it's at"..... But certainly not worth potential disaster.

here here to that BM, I'm sure Mick will have his scouts down the lower leagues looking for the little gems just waiting to be given a chance to show what they can do, and as they see it as a step up, similar to buying Tyrone, I've had it with these older journey men looking for the last buck before hanging the boots up, we need real competition for places all over the squad, I want us to be just like Bournemouth, Watford, & Brentford out and out attacking footie, and they art of diving in the box and getting 20+ penalties per season.

Unfortunately that's how the game has become........, but, (and I may be wrong here) I think the "diving in box" thing is starting to be dealt with a lot better. Many refs, certainly in Scotland, are clamping down on it. Hopefully that continues and players start thinking twice about running, being contested for the ball for 20 yards, getting to just inside the 18yard box, then collapsing as if Uncle John in Middlesbrough had just fell on them.
