9 out of 18 for me Hallamski. I evidently do not know the club badges very well. Was surprised at the mermaid horse things on the Newcastle badge. Thought I'd have known that.

This was on the TWTD forum earlier today. Scored 13 out of 18 and was disappointed not to have achieved more.

11 out of 18. The B kicking a ball really threw me for a loop. I did give Ipswich Town right (thank God!)

The law of averages dictate 6 correct. Some obvious ones to take out of the equation.

Got 14 but trouble is Like Barnsley, the badge design has changed. I thought Barnsley was like a cartoon bulldog

Believe read their club animal is Toby Tyke, a dog of some variation. This may well have been featured at some point in the past but they've since changed the design.

Incidentally tried the Sporcle website and attempted some further quizzes last night and results were as such :

UEFA Champions League winners - score 60 / 60 - 100 per cent success

League Cup winners - score 55 / 55 - 100 per cent success

World Cup winners - score 20 / 20 - 100 per cent success

Not bad for a dumb American who knows nothing about "soccer"

Have an attempt yourselves if needs be -

Only 11, but a nice bit of fun.

Whoever designed that Coventry badge seems a bit mixed up.... Lot going on there!!!!

Perhaps it's a time for a re-design of our badge?

Maybe the ball needs to air bound from the trusty Suffolk Punch's hoof with the old nag looking skyward.

Time for a lottery ticket then.

All I can say though is some clubs have pretty weird things on their badges!
