Worst result in Scottish football history, it really does sum up the standard North of the border (Sorry Marko).

Worst score in Scottish soccer history (at least in terms of embarrassment) was the Arbroath / Bon Accord game if correct from some time back that saw something of a 36 - 0 finish. Didn't even realize Celtic were involved today and at first glance believed it was something of a friendly but turns out it's the first game of a European Cup qualifier.

Yes the SPL is sub-standard we know that, no team since Aberdeen in 1985 have won the national league outside of the two main Glasgow teams and what occurred today presents another indication that the highest level in Scots league play isn't much of a contest. In any event, with the return at Parkhead stadium next up, this sorry as* score should be quickly overlooked and we'll progress to the latter stages.

No I did not recognize the opposition team either. (Gibraltar have a league ?)

I laughed my feckin arse off. Welcome to the "easy job" at Celtic, Brendan. They'll hammer them 6-0 at Parkhead, I have no doubt.

What makes it very funny is a few Celtic buddies talking Celtic up past month after the Rodgers appointment. This is a severe kick in the stanes for those Erseholes!

It is poor, don't tar us all, Mike......., the Scottish Cup Final was hailed as one of the best ever, and that's by more English folk than Scottish. (For hooligsnism & football! )

Marko you know I have a love affair with Scottish football but this is the team that have domintated the game in Scotland for years, I too have no doubt they will walk the 2nd leg but even so this is shambolic.
