While relevant, Southampton terminated the contract of their team coach within the past 24 hours and this after guiding the Hampshire outfit to their best season in over a decade. Eighth place finish and a domestic Cup Final wasn't good enough for some and has been relieved of duty. Maybe there's more to it or something below the surface that hasn't been disclosed but on the face of it, that was one questionable decision.
