The fact that we're now starting to see them in and around the first team is, I think, a mixture of needs must, together with a deliberate change of attitude by MM towards using academy resources. The latter resulting from internal discussions - initiated by ME who invests sugnificantly in the academy - following last season's disappointing performances. In short, MM now embracing a 'Give Youth A Chance' approach; as opposed to 'you'll win nowt with kids'. I think this change is leading us to a much better place, both on and off the pitch.
It might be internal discussions, but without the injury crisis - would we see so many kids involved?

Its really great what the kids did last night and just builds on the good-feel factor that's coming back, but I doubt that many will be involved when the senior players come back. Downes and Nydam should be involved more, but not sure how many more will make the squad over the next season. Be great if we can get some of these League 1 or 2 loan deals.

Genuine answer Marko, No! But, in this case, my information comes from an impeccable source.

Aw man, Donald Trump. Not getting political, but what a guy! Any other President could say, "If North Korea lands any missile on Guam, there will be big, BIG trouble," .... and most of us would probably start shittin bricks......., but I laughed my a$$ off watching Trumpton say it.
I find the guy funny even when it's about serious issues. No doubt he'll cause WW3 and that won't be funny.

He'll forever be defined by his manic hair. - although better than a comic little moustache, I guess. (Anyway it's his daughter who's really in charge - Iwanka - or something like that)!

Proper laugh out loud stuff when "trump guy" is on Steve Wright in the afternoon. Absolutely hilarious. Was driving back up from Berwick in the car with the wife a few weeks back and Trump Guy was on....... the wife said, "For Gods sake, Mark. It's not that funny!"

Did you ever see footage of him talking on the news up near Aberdeen when he was going to turn the Highlands into a golf course? Was a windy day and dear God his hair was a total law unto itself.

Trump guy: Steve..........
Steve Wright: Yes Donald, how can I help?
Trump guy: Steve........ do you have anything......... Scottish?
Steve Wright: We've got Sharlene Spiteri on later, Don. That do?
Trump guy: Hmmmm, Steve........, you knoooowwww, that I don't take noooooo, for an answer"
Steve Wright: What the hell you talking about, Trump guy?

I got tears down the face listening....... wife staring at me, stoney faced!
