The game is on TV here, it's helps to have Dane in the team. When Laudrup was manager of Swansea they were on nearly every week. Still getting ready for a few goals against and a ribbing at work in the morning from the Danske reds.

Geez, that back line could be in for a rough night!
Having said that, I agree with the majority of it and this game is by no means priority.
Just enjoy it boys!

Re: Manchester United v Ipswich Town preview and match thread
Well I'm posting this prior to know but having just seen Mickelson team declaration.
WTF!!!!
I hope MM is personally going to refund every Town fans expenses incurred tonight. To field such a weak defence we should not be surprised to see double figures against us tonight. What an insult to those 5k travelling fans.
Sorry for rant. But feel very let down by Mick tonight.

Re: Manchester United v Ipswich Town preview and match thread
Seems McCarthy isn't fussed about progress in this competition by way of the starting XI but with Pittman and Sears on the bench there will always be opportunity. They're well ahead in terms of possession and chances created but so long as it stays at no score we'll always be in there.
f*ck it, we probably won't get nothing out of today but at least let's give it a go and put them under pressure and give this game a damn decent shot.
Lo and behold Rooney has given them the lead. Going to leave it that before saying something I may very much regret

They are in terms of possession i.e. keeping the score down.Mr.Punch wrote:crazy team or not, they're doing well so far.
Manchester United 76 per cent, Town 24.
I'm hoping we can get back into this and of course there's every possibility, but something needs to be altered at half-time. We've only had one shot on goal by all accounts ?

Re: Manchester United v Ipswich Town preview and match thread
I'm assuming LVG has never heard of us then and decided he needed to put out a strong side.
I've never heard of half of our lot, yet they're up against some world stage players. This'll be fun

If MM really wants to win this he will change it up at half time. But i think his attention is focused on Saturday's game and rightly so i think.
