Good line up, very happy with this. All we need is an early goal. ⚽️

Been riding the new Harley a lot, playing guitar, and taking walks...but starting to feel like I should be doing something worthwhile again

Harry Clarke’s early error could have been costly. Lucky to get away with that against a lively looking Port Vale.

Port Vale not playing like a team looking for a point, they’ve started like they fancy their chances of springing a surprise.

Even more important we score first.

25 minutes in and only one goal in the 11 games currently ongoing. Could be one of those edgy evenings.

This won’t be an easy second half. Don’t expect to see much space given to our front men.

KMc going to earn his money planning how to turn this round. Fair play to PV, they’ve worked really hard for 45 mins and kept going even tho Town have dominated play.

If we don't get the 3 points from this game..things will get very nervy for nxt few games as we may not have that cushion..

Town not at it tonight so far. Unbelievable we concede. Need to step it now. These will waste every f**king second in the 2nd half. Ladapo in affective. Hirst needed to turn defenders..

Why did Kieron tinker and swap Hirst for Ladapo? FFS, 🤦‍♂️.

I just don’t get it! No way should we be struggling right now. It has to be mental.

I’m not sure it’s a case of Ladapo being ineffective he simply plays a different game as a target man whereas Hirst goes looking for the ball and has a lot more pace. The problem we have is Port Vale are putting in a huge work rate and not allowing us any space to operate in. Hopefully they won’t be able to keep it up for 90 mins .

The players need to take a look at themselves in the mirror. If that reflection on the badge on their shirts doesn’t motivate them to take control of this match, we don’t deserve to go up.
