What a load of f**king sh*t this is. When you don't play a striker who can hold the ball up, it keeps coming straight back. Sort you f**king team selection out KMck for f*ck sake 🤬
I agree but the ball isn't getting to the forward line

F*CK no excuses that was totally STUPID. Cannot defend Muric for that.. Right before halftime and the killer.. Kieran stop that playing out sh*te

FFS, just head it back to them why not, as if 3-0 down is not enough

We can argue about the forward line but fact is playing at the back the way we are is suicidal. Leif is getting caught time and time again out of position. Keep passing out is not working, Newcastle are right on us. Lightweight when we do attack, overall this is worse than Westham..Surely somebody on the coaching staff can see playing out from the back like we are especially in these conditions is giving the game to Newcastle

First time I've ever left early and at HALF TIME FFS.

When you have players who clearly don't wanna be out there then you are doomed. Absolutely useless, our defence, error after error after error. Everything from start to finish is embarrassing. At least we have a fantastic goalkeeper.

Damn! I knew it was bad BM, never thought I'd see that though.

Surely something now needs to change at the back?

Hindsight is an amazing thing but if losing your best forward why not add extra defender like we did at Spurs. Maybe negative but i'm sure we wouldn't be 1 nil down less than 30 seconds.

We look all over the shop, to easy for Newcastle when they go forward and too easy for them defend we make token affords going forward

There you go, another defending sixes and sevens. Just 11 players having no idea where to play. How many players need around the ball yet still no challenge

Because McKenna's brain doesn't work like that. Hutchinson plays well on the right... never seen there again. We play well with 5 at the back... never seen again.

Despite his unbelievable error again at least this defeat isn’t down to Muric alone. Six defenders to two Newcastle players for their fourth goal. As I said more than an hour ago, if our defenders don’t get their act together this could be a landslide and our defending had been crap as has been our passing and giving away possession. I think we’re also missing his much defending Delap died in addition to his forward play.

Agree with you about other players but must use his head. Passing that ball out when 2-0 down just before half time is not just stupid, it's unprofessional. Been hard being 2-0 down but that goal was the killer. Not first time he done it either, seriously don't think he'll ever change

Ali needed to fire a shot off but no just too lightweight and slow

That's a harsh yellow card, Don't think Morsy made any bad tackles before

Had enough of this. OK, so our players are being outclassed, but Mastermind totally fcuked up AGAIN. Its after midnight here - I'm going to bed.

To be honest whatever team McKenna picked today I don’t think we have the resources available to have won this game against a Newcastle side that has played so well. For me this is the poorest I’ve seen us play so far thus season and zu’ve only missed Everton at home and Forest away.

In the Jan window we need to bring in a couple of strikers 2 more defenders and a new keeper, also why didn't we line up 4-5-1 I doubt it would have made any difference but it just might have kept it down to say 0-2

Been too busy to follow action, caught game late and ascertaining relevant points. Right off the bat that's a disappointing score to find out but then we're playing with one forward player and they got three and a 4 - 0 lead, you do the math.

Scoreline suggests we're taking a beating and playing poor but hard to make judgment without seeing the bigger picture. Obviously it's too late to turn this around with time remaining but at least we could find goal twice to make final result that bit more respectable. Why the hell after all this time can't we win a home game.

Bigger picture?

We are seeing the bigger picture, mainly KM is bloody stubborn and refuses to adapt. That's the bigger picture.

Think 0-2 defeats would be hiding a deeper issue. The team being thumped a few times before the window opens may work wonders......, this game, a 5 or 6-0 a$$ ramming at the Emirates will have Mashton & Co working that bit harder to find some quality.

I've personally been on TWO managers sides in the recent month giving them backing......., Sir David Gray at Hibs who is on course for 10 points from 15 past 5 games, (*knew he'd turn things around)......, and Kieron McKenna. Yes, his attack mind is stubbornly strong but I still think he can do a job with a fit squad. But it might be another season in the Champ that could help this club out.
FTR, that current squad with the suspensions and injuries ---->> even Ancelotti wouldn't have mustered up an ITFC win.

Sometimes it just ain’t your day and today was one of those days.

I can’t say I’m looking forward to Arsenal (a) or Chelsea (h).

The answer is Marco we just haven't got the quality players we need to survive in this premiership and will Ashton splash the cash and bring in the players we need and let a few go out on loan or sell who cant cut it

Well......., that remains to be answered in January. Will certainly be a window that will garner much more interest than previous. The spotlight is on them all.
