When I was in the stadium yesterday I thought to myself come on Town it’s about time we played at the new Wembley. There are not many clubs that are yet to play there.

Nothing on the portal at all. Would be good to know how to get these tickets for expat fans as for me travelling from Krakow would be no problem. Would be able to make a TB.com European expats meet-up at the matchShed on tour wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 10:00 amDBDubai Blue wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 8:55 amWas thinking of making the trip also Charny. Question is how to get a ticket?.........Or are you expecting to be able to get one there?
You could try and pick a ticket up on the UEFA ticketing portal. You would have to register your details on the UEFA website to create a account.
All tickets are downloaded to your mobile phone. You have to download the Euro 2020 ticketing app after you have purchased the ticket and they are sent to that. Oh for the days when you just got a paper ticket.

Keep checking the portal as UEFA tend to release tickets at different times.
I actually picked a ticket up for yesterday’s game on there last Saturday morning as I didn’t originally apply for one through the travel club. If I receive an e-mail from the FA regarding expats attending the Ukraine game will let you know what it says.

Re: EURO 2020 / 2021 CHAT
Reading various sites, it seems primarily that tickets will be put on general sale through UEFA, with the British Embassy in Italy pointing ex-pats (living in Italy, it seems) in the "right direction" to purchase said tickets. Have also seen this quoted on a couple of sites...
Really hope DB and Charny are successful.
. I guess the key here though is actually getting those tickets! If you live in Europe, or are staying/holidaying in Europe, then as long as you haven’t been in the UK in the 14 days before you arrive in Italy, then you can go to the stadium if you have a ticket’."
Really hope DB and Charny are successful.

For anyone interested, I'm hearing that the Brit Embassy in Rome was organising sales of tickets for the Wales game for expats. My contact in Rome is keeping an ear open in case this will be the same......

Certainly, as per my post above, the British Embassy are mentioned quite a lot as a "go to' for ex-pats wanting tickets. Not sure if this will be just Italian-based, but if your source can get you a ticket that will be a result.Dubai Blue wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 3:30 pmFor anyone interested, I'm hearing that the Brit Embassy in Rome was organising sales of tickets for the Wales game for expats. Anyone see BBC Breakfast news this morning, they had 2 cardboard cut outs of Kane and Sterling next to the presenter outside Wembley, While the presenter was talking even Sterling's cut out did a dive on the floor, and Kanes cut out moved quicker than he did in the match LOL well it made me laugh

Crap round of golf today worrying about plans for Rome. Struggling with logistics so may have to give it a miss. Reports suggesting that only EU Ex Pats living in Italy will be admitted to the ground. Not sure I want to risk it given how late the flight is scheduled to arrive in Rome with no time to resolve any problems.Dubai Blue wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 2:21 pmMuch appreciated Shed, I'll keep trying for sure. Re: EURO 2020 / 2021 CHAT
Sorry to hear about the golf. I gather that UEFA are dealing with it based on the residency that you have to state on their portal when you buy tickets. So if you are resident outside UK and inside Schengen then you should be ok. Ticket holders with UK residency have had their tickets cancelled and been given refunds. I still have mine. Pretty sure this will be ok. I doubt you will have a problem. If you change your mind just send me a PM.Charnwood wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 5:24 pmCrap round of golf today worrying about plans for Rome. Struggling with logistics so may have to give it a miss. Re: EURO 2020 / 2021 CHAT
The late Belgian penalty (have seen worse not given) apart, i think Italy are looking irresistible. Would go as far as saying the best team i have seen at the Euros. They press high, attack in numbers but are very rarely found wanting in defence.
At 2-1 will certainly be an interesting second half and with the quality Belgium have you just cannot rule out a comeback.
