An offer comes in (from anyone in the Prem, except Norwich), £5m for bent, cash on delivery - do we sell or not?

Maybe at the end of the season if we haven't been promoted, but not at the moment.

No and I say that NOT in the light of saturdays game.I said and still think that at least 6mil minimum and again I would question the logic when were on the verge of an automatic spot for promotion of selling one of your best srikers/providers.
You`d only need to look at the sh*te and see what a good striker is worth if/when we go up.I think it would send all the wrong signals to the other players in the squad of our ambition and to us the fans to sell him or anyother right now.

No! If the club's finances dictate we don't need to then no. Nothing more to be said.

Let's see where we are when the time comes. For now I say no, knowing that until January we won't be offerred the chance anyway.

We shouldn't sell him at all even if someone bids £6m+, if we sell him we'll be in the same division next season.

No! DO NOT sell Benty. I'd rather take the risk and keep him till the end of season (and risk him going for cheaper in the summer) than sell him in January.

What would the difference in money be between selling Bent for 6m and staying in the Championship next season or keeping him and going up to the Premiership.
I thought I heard that going up for one season equalled around 10 - 12 million.
No contest really.
Should the above happen and we came back down then we could sell Bent and pocket another 6 mill in the process

i dont think we should let him go for a stupid crap sum of money. we should just keep him and let his value increase that way
