lets say they FIRE Joe. Whoever comes in is gonna have the same players to pick from. With all these f-in injuries, old geezers, and near has-beens, what are the options.
1) play the youth
2) stick with the geezers and has-beens
3) do what Joe has been doing, which is a bit of both, and it aint worked. He's been dicking around with the formation each week, that I'm sure none of these players has any f-in clue what's going on.
I know it won't happen, but I'd like to see him drop De Vos out for a few games. Maybe the rest of the sheer thought of having to sit on the bench might do some good. Bring in a youngster who has the speed, strength and desire.
It's like this in a lot of sports, you have the older, experienced players that can be helpful to the up and coming youngsters. I do buy into that to a certain degree, but it's the youth that are the future of what could be a f-in good team. Play them for a minimum of 3 games, see what happens.
