Meanwhile, Darren Currie, celebrating his 31st birthday, intends to stay in football when his playing career comes to an end.
The much-travelled midfielder will pick the brains of his legendary uncle, former Sheffield United, Leeds and England star Tony Currie, as well as father-in-law Steve Walford, who played for Arsenal, West Ham and Norwich, and was more recently a part of Martin O'Neill's backroom team at Leicester and Celtic.
Currie said: "Steve has coaching badges and diplomas coming out of his ears and with him and my uncle to help me it's a great start. I think I still have six years of playing in me, but I've already started looking at getting my coaching badges."
Darren's obviously not worried about losing his pace!

Not being funny but surely at present this should be bottom of his list of priorities!!!
The guy is 31, hardly first name on a team sheet, his team are stuck in a relegation fight and he is dreaming about being a great coach or manager one day!!
a few words for you currie...
... WAKE UP AND GET WITH THE F**KIN PROGRAMME!
