Do You Think

That JR is now suffering from the same syndrome that some of our players have in the past (ie, whatever happens I cannot be replaced).
As Rossi has said there is no way he will walk from the job and have we really got the money to pay off his contract?
Thoughts?

I believe he has been on the tablets since start of the season.

Perhaps if he is classed as insane we can relieve him of his duties without having to pay him!!

Mind you with some of his decisions the past couple of years we probably already knew he was insane 8)

Shed, you heard him tallk the talk a few weeks ago, and I think it would be wrong to suggest he doesn't care, he is obviously a proud "football" man.

However, he does not seem able to have a positive influence on his players right now, and some of his statements, his tactical and substitution decisions have defied belief!

This will probably be his last management job in football, so the chances of him walking are slim, and bearing in mind our current finances, he will know he ain't about to be sacked, so here we are.

I don't think it is a case of Joe not caring but question if the actual motivation is there now.
It's like a player in the first team who knows that whatever happens there is nobody in the reserves to really take his place. I thought there was a lot more meaning behind his comment about "if what had happened at Ipswich over the past few years had taken place at other teams then there would have been public lynchings".
As I say I really wonder if JR is just carrying out the motions until the end of his contract.

Dont think JR would bleed the club dry, he isnt that type of guy.
