Hi Chris

Due to legal problems we ran into with another under 18, we are having to go
with 18 or over unless we get an application from someone with a proven
track record of running a site.

I am more than happy if you wish to contribute stories etc to the site, as i found your match report of Ipswich vs Norwich very good for your age category,but we won't be able to enter into an agreement and hand over the site.
