The ball breaks for Peter Crouch who, one-on-one, makes no mistake and calmly slots home. It was unlikely that Liverpool would have let their dominance slip but that now makes the last 30 minutes a formality.

Just watched the game on BBC1, and i think Crouch gets more criticism than he deserves,

yeah it was against the Costa Rican national Champs, but if he doesnt score goals, he still brings skill to the Liverpool side.

If crouch was a few inches shorter, ppl wouldnt make such a big deal about him! He would just b a useless donkey, but just because of those extra few inches hes a lanky donkey!
