Royle Denies 1m Juan Asking Price

Reports of Monaco asking in the region of Ã‚Â£1million for Jimmy Juan have been denied by Blues boss Joe Royle.
The Town chief told the East Anglian Daily Times: "Monaco haven't given us an indication of how much they would be looking at for Jimmy.

"They have not decided what they want to do as yet and want to come and see him play before deciding.

"We are in constant dialogue with Monaco, but there have not been any suggestions of what the fee would be."

Monaco chiefs were watching Juan against Millwall and at Kenilworth Road last Saturday. They are likely to be at Portman Road again this Saturday, to make their final decision.

bollox, the 2 times the monaco people have been over town have played sh*te.......think i might stay at home on saturday instead!!!

ill post it here.

Any chance we could use the new sponser money to sign Juan ? Or has it allready been budgeted for and sucked into oblivion ?

well its new deal, im guessing its worth more then the old deal so we might have a bit extra to splash about, then again it might be worth the same so it may have been sucked dry already

I would have thought sucked dry, Riv maybe its not a bad thing Monacco have seen us play like rubbish - put the word out - bullet passes to Jimmy from now on, or don't pass at all lol make him look crap!!
