There i sat with several others waiting as one does ,to have my solitary strand of hair,clipped,trimmed and permed,when sitting in the barbers hot seat was an elderly German gent who was in full conversation with our Barber talking about none other than the comming world cup!
Barber:"Where are you hollidaying this summer tom?"
Tom:"I'm going back home to Germany for the world cup with my familey."
Barber:"Oh right! How do you think the Germans will do this time?
Tom:"Not very well i think,We are a young team still learning.."
Barber:"So you aint expecting too much this time eh?"
Tom:"No not realy......we may beat England in the finals ,but thats all!!!!"
To which i then fell of my perch and proceeded to choke!!!
