Yep - there will be a significantly lower attendance now that's for sure. Simply can't afford the petrol compared to how much it would cost on the train.

Hi from Spain, it is a pleasure to play against a historical team (1878) and winner of a uefa Cup.

The assistance from spanish I think Low :( ... and the problem will not be the strike of the train, be price of fly.

Will see the match for some local tv Online?

Thank you very much.
I wish luck 4ur team in the whole season, not in next match .

Best regards
AUPA PUCELA!!

Ah ok. (sigo sin entenderlo)
We hope Manucho be in best gunners of La Liga. Manucho is the major signing of this year, together with Antonio Bueno from Real Madrid and Pele from Oporto.

That I Hope , all the forwards are registered now and we do not have many match reference only Antonio Bueno IS A GREAT PLAYER, Manucho that it has to demonstrate together with Diego Coast from Atletico of Madrid.

The money went to charity, so it wasnt bad.

The match cost me £7. It was an excellent game and was not played like the result didn't matter. Their was a lot of energy in the team which wasn't seen at a number of matches last season. The 3 new players performed well ( which will no doubt annoy a few supporters) and no one could be singled out as having a bad game.

The players were no doubt playing for their places and everything about the evening was good. The standing ovation to Sir Bobby, part way through the game, was very moving.

Am glad I was able to go and experience the occasion. It was a pity the attendance was low but the train strike no doubt had some affect on that.
