I remember him from his Hammers days, always thought he was a pretty decent player, Mick & Terry obviously think he can do the job so no issues. Scored decent few for Utd this season and can do a job for us.

This could turn out to be a very good signing. Bear in mind that he has already banged in 14 goals this season in a team that has been struugling.
Also, yet again, a no nonsense bit of business by MM. No rumours - he just does it.
Mind you , the cost of the team has just gone up from £10K to ?????????????

Well done ME/MM! Nice to know we're willing to spend a bit to bolster the squad for a promotion push. I'm hearing good things about this Sears lad. Funny, when I read the headline "McCarthy a long time Sears fan." I thought it meant the department store.

An excellent signing which will hopefully work out well for player and club. At least we've signed a player who joins us match fit and ready to go.

Well done MM and Marcus Evans too for giving him the financial backing necessary to complete the deal.

He sounds like a decent player and if he can score goals great. I'm guessing he will play tomorrow if McGoldrick is out.

A very decent piece of business only a day after MM said no striker was close to coming in LOL. It will put some pressure on McGoldrick to get his arse in gear. As a kid Freddie Sears was touted for big things.

It,s not as thought he is trying to get fit like some of the players we have signed in the past, let him hit the ground running and play him.
