Anybody born in Hornchurch has a bit of class.

I remember him from his Hammers days, always thought he was a pretty decent player, Mick & Terry obviously think he can do the job so no issues. Scored decent few for Utd this season and can do a job for us.

Well done ME/MM! Nice to know we're willing to spend a bit to bolster the squad for a promotion push. I'm hearing good things about this Sears lad. Funny, when I read the headline "McCarthy a long time Sears fan." I thought it meant the department store.

He sounds like a decent player and if he can score goals great. I'm guessing he will play tomorrow if McGoldrick is out.

I`ve read the Colchester forums as well..Sounds like sour grapes to me.

A very decent piece of business only a day after MM said no striker was close to coming in LOL. It will put some pressure on McGoldrick to get his arse in gear. As a kid Freddie Sears was touted for big things.

According to reports, Freddie will be on the team sheet for the Millwall game. I wonder if he'll start?

It,s not as thought he is trying to get fit like some of the players we have signed in the past, let him hit the ground running and play him.
