.....singing,

" We're going up with the Ipswich,
up with the Ipswich.....

Hope they're right.

Alas they are wrong, they won't be coming up with us, Watford will.

Would much rather Brentford than dirty Watford. Great result for them in the second half (Watford of course) but it was only Blackpool. The scum talked of being the Man U of the Championship when them came down...well i guess they are playing like Man U

LMAO !!! Were they really singing that, Hallam? That's awesome. They sound like a bunch of wind up merchants. I like them! :D

It's easy to offer congratulations to any team that has a win over Norwich, but the West London side are up their challenging also for a promotion place, so as a one off, we'll applaud their success. I still think they're very much like Bournemouth, in that they've got a decent squad right now and caused a minor sensation but can't see them being where they are by end of season.

I agree, Saint Jude. I tipped them for relegation. They have clearly proved everyone wrong on that, but just cannot see them winning promotion to the EPL.

I try not to get involved in norwich bating, just purely because it riles me up too easily when they give it back.

But this is quite funny. Fair play to them.

Oh and against my better judgement, I went to be nosey on the pink forum. I thought our fans had reactionary meltdowns.......

I've just had a look at their pink forum. I'm assuming their name for ITFC fans is "binners"? What's the history behind this, and what does it mean? Is it basically "bucket rakers" like the Jambofkrs?

Apparently some TV programme from years ago (although they refuse to believe history has any meaning) had a bin man who happened to be a town fan. Tenuous as best, but I guess they get a kick out of it

That clip offered up more clips.

"The Ipswich Twins" ? Is this just an act? If not, someone have a word in kenny's ear, "Stay away from people with cameras, buddy!"

4:27 to the end, got to be an act and an attempt at humour.

Have not seen those 2 at PR for a few years now they both used to sit in the lower Alf Ramsey stand behind the goal.
Anyone know what happened to them did they move ends or ??

I like a gamble now and again and I'll place a fiver they were both sectioned, and they get out on Wednesday afternoons for some supervised fresh air.

I am joking of course. I just cannot tell if its an act or not.

The programme Lovejoy was set in Suffolk and in one if the episodes a dustbin man wore a blue and white bobble hat. So the inbreds decided based on that, that all Town fans were refuse collectors, and in their quaint norfick speak, called us " binners"! Bit shallow and simplistic in thought processes really , but then I find that to be an idiosyncrasy of the narwich faithful!

No it wasn't a blue & white bobble hat, Hallam. It was a cap with the ITFC badge right there on it.

You are right though,...., "Binners" ......., what a fkn shyte effort.

Wasn't aware of how the binners tag originated until reading an above response. I guessed it had something to do with garbage but didn't realize it was taken from a television program.
