Yes, I saw that. Ordinarily I wouldn't go anywhere near Carrow Road even if someone were to pay me £40, and I imagine the inflated price, along with the smaller initial allocation of 2,000, will see a lot of people opt to watch it on TV instead. Having said that, it will prove to be good value for money if we come away with the 3 points. :)

Apparently we charged them the same price, but suspect they were given more tkts due to our larger ground.

I've chosen to go Fulham instead. I don't fancy spending £50 + to be pushed around by Police.

Good call and you can still watch it on the TV.

Im staggered that the budgies have reduced our allocation by some 600 seats to 2000. Cant complain about the £40 charge as we often do the same for visiting fans at PR.

Being shunted about like sheep is to be expected for an A match from our local police,so no complaints their either. We need a strong result to wipe some bitter budgie memories away for this one........Win well is the only result for me.

We deserve the rub of the bloody Green against them for once I think.

Good to see you posting, LnP after recent health issues. Hope you are taking it easy, buddy.

This is the season that things go right at Carrow Road for the mighty ITFC. I would've preferred the game to have been sooner though, before even more tiredness and possible injuries.

Yes good to see you back on the forum David, hope you're OK

I can't even recall the last time we won at Carrow Road, probably with Royle I'd imagine under his tenure, but irrespective of how either side are doing, form and league placings become immaterial with derby games or when two rival neighbors get it on. It's too premature to really dive into this as we have other games ahead but there's going to be an awful lot at stake on the day and if taking three points away from this opposition effectively ends their promotion ambitions then it'll so much the better. It's coming up close to 'that' anniversary incidentally. Not quite a 'where were you when Kennedy was shot' moment, but remains a guilty pleasure nonetheless.

Congratulations Mate

I pray for a win as we should never have lost at home to them. Hoolahan ran the show for that game but i think were made of sterner stuff now and a win is´nt impossible. Just hope we give a good account of ourselves.

I'll be heading for Prague for a long weekend in a few days.
Does anyone know if there's a TV channel broadcasting the championship in the Czech Republic ?
I wouldn't want to miss our big away win on Sunday  !

BlueBoy there are plenty of British bars in Prague with Sky, just have a run round them the evening before to confirm that they will be showing our game rather than some irrelevant PL hogwash

The Brum game is so important for team morale and confidence....., a win of course.

Most of the 90's , all Hibs fans had that "oh sh*t" feeling leading up to a Jambofkrs game @ Shitecastle........, I feel ITFC fans may be feeling the same for next Sunday. Destroy Birmingham City though, and maybe it'll lift some spirits.

We need to go into the game on a positive and not feeling all doom and gloom.

Any ideas on how this will be achieved Lucy?

If we don't win convincingly on Tuesday night we could well fall out of the Top 6, I'm can't quite see how this relates to a positive state of mind for either players or fans.

For me i always thought Birmingham was going to be the tougher of the 2 games. I think at best we can hope for a draw Tuesday :(

Well that doesn't sound like positive thinking?.... in fact it sounds quite gloomy.

To those getting concerned about form going into this, there's usually little in it by way of a derby game. We could be top, they could be bottom place or vice versa, on the day in games of this nature absolutely anything can occur so I'm not worried that they've done slightly better than ourselves in recent weeks. I wouldn't be surprised at all if say Brmingham get a win next week and then we win at Norwich thereafter. In an ideal world I'd want both games to end in victory but it's still too soon after todays setback to be making proper judgments so ideally, it's one game at a time.

We'll take care of this particular opposition when the time requires it.
