Top two , play offs or miss out.!!
Well it getting there , and worryingly our form seems to have hit a dead end , with winning some losing some and no consistency to speak off. In my own view i,m afraid it looks like we will fall short of the top six as MM seems to be unwilling to make changes that many seem to believe could make a difference.
So going to ask you all your thoughts and to pin your honest opinion on where we will finish to the mast so to speak!!

I believe top 6 will happen. Mick will encourage the lads to "remember" how good it was feeling to be in the promotion places and play off places most of the season......, that cannot be thrown away and disregarded.
And equally, Mick himself, will realise that a couple of major issues need addressed with the starting 11 over the remaining games. It's been too good a season to finish lower than 6th.
Win today and it kick starts a big final quarter of the season......., win today, draw at Boro, SORTED!

Sorry, but I cannot see us making the play-offs.
Surprisingly enough, that does not make me feel as bad as I thought it would.
I guess that even if we do make the play-offs, I would rate our chances of winning them as virtually non-existent, and I'm bloody sure I do not want to go through the heartache of play-off defeat again.
Have to say that I watched the Bournemouth game on sky last night, and they really are a class above us. Creative midfield, width, invention, and pace - all the things we seem to lack. Add Watford and their attacking style to the mix, and (God forbid) Norwich - I really do not rate our chances at all.

Jaysus H! I forgot they were playing last night, ....... Just checked result. That's a home humping if there ever was one.

As I said the other day even if we win today still don't think we will make the playoffs.
Our away form has really dropped off and I just can't see us picking up enough points on our travels. If we don't make it then no matter how people try and gloss over it the reality is it will be a big disappointment given the position we were in at the beginning of 2015.

It's still in the balance though isn't it. Not one team taking full advantage except Norwich, (who will win the league I fear). Top 4 on 66 points. It's a close one.
I wish I could see 3pts @ Boro, but sadly I can't, and I see a convincing defeat.

Voted for a play-off place at the very least but unfortunately it's more a case of heart over mind.
Of course we can still be promoted but once again the inconsistency thing is the biggest issue to overcome. Say for arguments sake we continue to drop points each time and other promotion chasers win their respective games, it's only going to leave us further adrift.
It's been mentioned on another page that say if Town were to get a promotion, then how would this team we have do in the very top level next season. Certainly not as prepared as some previous line-ups. Guess some would argue it'll be a blessing in disguise if we were to miss out. Take a moment to think about it

I don't think it's really worth thinking about what we would be like if we got into the Premier League. We'd have a lot more money to change the team. Going up and coming straight back down is not a bad thing now with the £100m parachute payment.
It's too hard to call a play off place, I think it will be between us, Brentford and Wolves for 6th spot. Forest have left it a little late.
We're all talking about just getting into the playoffs and the word automatic isn't mentioned much now. That realisation has been addressed in the last 3 games.
10 games to go, 5 wins required I think. Who know's.
