So Bournemouth on verge of going up as it stands. 2-0 up against Bolton, good luck to them next year but realistically i doubt they will stay up.

Wonder how many penalties they will get in the PL. The diving cheats!

Stonewall penalty tonight Liz and I thought they played some brilliant football too. Given the unlimited funds they appear to have access to they may well do well in the Prem.

That's one of next seasons premier League relegation places sorted already.

Bournemouth were my dark horses before a ball was kicked this season. My only gripe with them having witnessed it first hand at their place and then ours, was their constant diving. They've had over 17 penalties awarded them this season and we're clearly looking for them at PR .

Their level of down right cheating , because thats what it is, was embarrassing to watch. They have no need to have done it given the quality in their team. It sickens me tbh...I'd rather watch an honest team that gets slated for long ball play!

I can't abide cheats.

I certainly wouldn't bet on it.. any club bank rolled by a Russian billionaire is likely to be dangerous.

I bloody hate Bournemouth. There fans are so arrogant and considering how far the club has come that's a surprise. I wish Watford 10x more success.

Part in bold ^^^^^^^

F E C K I N G WHAT??? Are you being serious?

If so, I hope you put a wee stack of cash on that, Hallam.

I had the shitty donkey seaside town down for lower table, possible relegation. It'll be a rude awakening for them next season.

Derick......., fancy a long term bet? I'll bet Bournemouth are back in League Two by 2021/2022 season.

I say congratulations to Bournemouth, all the club and their fans. They've been the best team all season, play some fantastic football and have the second best manager in the league :-)

It's a fairy tale story that football needs these days.

Good on them and good luck.

I reckon they should start planning ahead. Starting with dropping the "F" from their name;

AC BOURNEMOUTH.

Yeah......, that sounds better for when they are in the Champions League 2016/17 season. :astroll:

Sky sports guy:

"And next week it's SUPER SUNDAY, with Wengers troops heading to........., DEAN COURT, to face Andreosini Capriobarrasanis, AC Bournemouth." (Eddie Howe will have been sacked and some fictitious name will have taken over)

Just can't envisage it at all.

Mind you......., I said that with Division 4 Shyte, Wigan & Hull.

Don't know how to find out what pre season odds were, Hallam , but I'd hazard a guess at 60/1 (at least)

Cheeky 20 bucks on that....... Would've paid for a "Club 18-30" holiday for you! :D

They'll 1/60 to be relegated, Lucy. There is more chance of a Bournemouth donkey getting half an hour for lunch than them surviving the top flight.

Got no issue with the team in question having a promotion. Like Watford they have deserved it.

Remained consistent over the course of the season, scored plenty, provided good entertainment, a decent and now recognized manager, have assembled a team that works hard at you and there's no ill feeling regards what they have achieved. For a club of their stature and with an honors list that hitherto resembles little over zero, it's about time their support were treated to something. Should be a decent derby with Southampton also as Portsmouth are once again unavailable.

Listening to XM FC this morning, they said the 11,700 seat ground of Bournemouth is the smallest in the history of the PL. would love to wish them luck except for I agree with Hallam!

I wonder if they have any plans to expand their ground now they've been promoted.
