I'd forgotten about Hicks/Gillett! I can actually relate to the Scousers because Hicks also owned the Texas Rangers baseball franchise. He wasn't loved here either! I still think it's funny how Hicks protested the British Legal system for forcing him to sell Liverpool...he quickly found out he wasn't doing business in the USA as the barristers slammed the door shut haha!
