For Town this year due to international break.
Can't remember that happening before.

A mid table finish you obviously are one of those in the optimistic camp.marko69 wrote:Not good. Players will have more time to carb up on Easter Eggs. Fat bastards most of April into May.
I'm off down the bookies to bet on a mid table finish now.
When the hell is Easter this year anyway ?Shed on tour wrote:A mid table finish you obviously are one of those in the optimistic camp.marko69 wrote:Not good. Players will have more time to carb up on Easter Eggs. Fat bastards most of April into May.

Will seem strange though with no Town games over easter.
Easter Saturday is 26th March. We are at home to Rotherham on the 19th March and then the next game is away to Wolves on Saturday 2nd April.bluemike wrote:When the hell is Easter this year anyway ?Shed on tour wrote:A mid table finish you obviously are one of those in the optimistic camp.marko69 wrote:Not good. It's already upon us.
At least that's what you'd be led to believe such as a number of leading retailers are already putting out goddamn Easter accessories, and all this a week or two after Christmas ? (Expect Christmas merchandise back in stores by August)
Say again, got little interest in these damn international breaks. Seems there's one every month since the season got underway so is it really that much of a surprise. As Charnwood put it, the timing is ridiculous. One of the most pivotal stages of the league season, and they pull this trick..
Still, if the English taking on (and beating) the behemoths of San Marino, Moldova, Andorra etc in some boring immaterial fixtures appear more important than what we (and all other league clubs) could be doing at the business end of the season, then who are we to argue ?
Sometimes you just got to bite your tongue.
Yip, those Goddamn Easter accessories..........., why do I always eat six Creme eggs in a row! Fat b*stard.saint jude wrote:goddamn Easter accessories.
Or a seventh Creme egg?saint jude wrote:Sometimes you just got to bite your tongue
