Can't remember that happening before.

Not good. Players will have more time to carb up on Easter Eggs. Fat bastards most of April into May.

I'm off down the bookies to bet on a mid table finish now.

A mid table finish you obviously are one of those in the optimistic camp. :D

Will seem strange though with no Town games over easter.

Easter Saturday is 26th March. We are at home to Rotherham on the 19th March and then the next game is away to Wolves on Saturday 2nd April.

f**king ridiculous, a huge revenue loss to football clubs and a massive disappointment to fans who traditionally turn out in large numbers at the business end of the season. Unbelievable.

It's already upon us.

At least that's what you'd be led to believe such as a number of leading retailers are already putting out goddamn Easter accessories, and all this a week or two after Christmas ? (Expect Christmas merchandise back in stores by August)

Say again, got little interest in these damn international breaks. Seems there's one every month since the season got underway so is it really that much of a surprise. As Charnwood put it, the timing is ridiculous. One of the most pivotal stages of the league season, and they pull this trick..

Still, if the English taking on (and beating) the behemoths of San Marino, Moldova, Andorra etc in some boring immaterial fixtures appear more important than what we (and all other league clubs) could be doing at the business end of the season, then who are we to argue ?

Sometimes you just got to bite your tongue.

We have sunk to even a lower level now as it's Germany away in Berlin on Easter Saturday.
Have to agree though bloody ridiculous time to have international friendlies. I didn't even realise it was Easter until coming to book a room for the Saturday night in Berlin and then saw how expensive they were for that time of year.
