No terrorist incident, merely some fool had neglected some equipment during a recent training exercise. Seems the club employ a security firm and they left a dummy explosive behind - which by all accounts had been left unattended for up to four days - and someone's going to have some explaining to do on the back of such level of incompetence.
You got perhaps the world's most recognized "football" club side here, and they've provided themselves with an embarrassment of epic proportions. Fans are going to be reimbursed as you would expect but someone has made a real as* of themselves with this whole incident.
Take a look-in on Red Cafe - their leading supporters club board for up to the minute progress, not to mention an array of views and opinion regards today's episode.

Probably left on purpose to test the ground security and police. They passed the test in my opinion.
Although if someone did forget and accidentally left a fake bomb, then agreed; that's incompetence to a whole new level. Just can't believe that at all.

Man United have said all fans will be receiving refunds and able to watch the game for free. Will set them back £3 million, a good gesture from the Club.

Spot on.
Police and stewards often receive criticism regarding football matches but those involved in evacuating the stadium yesterday seemed to have done a good job as it couldn't have been an easy task getting 70,000 plus people out of the stadium.

If it was a test, doesn't help the two poor bstds who flew in from Dallas and can't stay for the rescheduled time. Sorry, but I find that hilarious.
Can't see it being a problem to local fans, but I don't think there are very many local ManYou fans.
