Happy and well deserved holidays, Marko - sure you'll have a great time in lovely Sciliy. Ice cream and Peroni diet is highly recommended! I think we're headin' there later in the year - just research purposes.

And no, still very much in Edinburgh but busy closing down a couple of job sites before heading to the "Sunshine on Sicily" with the Mrs and few friends and family. Really looking forward to it, although the Hibs have made my summer before it's even started.

Have a good break Marko, I'll be in Sicily myself in early September, maybe catch up with you if you are still there.

Ah, I'll unfortunately be well home again by September, buddy. What part do you go to? We do the train trip direct from Edinburgh. Paris - Milan overnight sleeper. Day in Milan, then Milan to Rome overnight sleeper. Day in Rome. Then Rome - Messina, (train boards ferry) then down to Taormina. Sounds like a hassle but it's a great adventure. Then we fly back from Catania to Edinburgh. We did do the train back to Edinburgh one year, but you need a holiday again by the time you get back! But we love Taormina. Little place called Castelmola is also an eye opener. Mount Etna is close by and if it's relatively settled, a trip up there is always good. Don't know what it is about Sicily, but it's just superb and unique. And the wife speaks fluent Italian as she once lived there, so that helps!

Sounds like a hell of a trip. Bit more relaxed for us quick flight from Bologna and a tour of the island. Thanks for your recommendation on Castelmola. We are hoping to do the night walk up Stromboli but sadly it sounds like there isn't much activity there, Etna for sure and Taormina is on the list too. Then off to Montenegro for another wedding.

Google Castelmola before going........, it's weird! The town of "fertility"......., everywhere you look there are phallic objects. Walked in to what turned out to be the only pub, and there was a wooden pole above our heads. We did wonder why it was there. When we got inside the pub and looked back at the doorway, it was a massive peNi$ on a wooden statue! Hilarious!
Just warning you in case the Mrs hasn't got a sense of humour......., me and my mrs were laughing our asses off the entire time.

Every time you entered, you were in the top 5 scores....... But you missed weeks here and there. It was mentioned that if you'd have entered more, you could've challenged the title. Understand work etc though.

Didn't want to admit this but the final week was very very close. One buddy scored Ando quite high and that's what swung it.

And yes, Barmy......., the Delia "swallow it bitch" was very memorable! I'll keep a list of the top scorers next season and award the "caption of the year" award. Probably add 5 points on to that persons score. Might make it more interesting. Probably safe to say you won it with that Delia quote.
