Bit early yet, and the only thing I'm really sure about is that Newcastle are gonns p*ss the league (best manager, biggest budget, no-brainer). As far as we are concerned, it's nice to see a bit of promised investment, but I fear it's not gonna be half as much as will be needed to make us strong enough to mount a serious challenge. This coming season, I'm gonna be far more realistic with my expectations for us. The 3 teams coming down will have far more resources than us, and you have to also add into the equation teams such as Fulham that have had their transfer embargo lifted.

Rossi, not taking the pI$$ buddy, but you said the three teams coming down will have bigger budgets yet you have Villa relegated? What's the thinking there? Asking in a manner as if we were casually having a beer together.

You are correct with the Nookie Broon Yins though....... Must be odds on favourites. I'll give this some thought and post my league prediction.

Well I said that the 3 teams coming down would have a bigger budget than us. That's true. Biggest budgets are a hell of a help of course, but as others have said no guarantee. I just think that Villa are in such a mess that a total rebuild is necessary and for them that will probably mean a spell in Div1.

Way to early to know how squads etc are going to shape up so it is nothing more than a guess right now. I will do mine towards end of July.

Rotherham over Hibs.....Really ???

It's family reasons. His family hate it up here. And from a league aspect, he's done fk all really. Two seasons in the shitty Scottish championship, ....., Rotherham are probably the biggest club who'd come knocking for him. If The SevCo hadve won the Cup, some Hibs fans would've want him to fk off anyway!

What Stubbsy does demand though is passing football. Very difficult against the Alloas and dumbartons, but against the numerous SPL sides last season, we played them off the park. Really is nice to watch. To be honest, what some forum members demand on here, Stubbs fits the bill, albeit the Scottish championship and English championship is like Sunday league and champions league apart. He'll manage a top club one day.
