IF Mr Evans is found wanting regarding this Olympics ticketing fraud I wonder if this will have ramifications regarding his ownership of ITFC?

Marco I took my Town shirt with me to wear on hols, BUT I thought better of it with his name spreadeagled on the front, so I just use my Ipswich beach towel instead at least it ain't got that tossers name on it lol

Police have issued arrest warrants for Marcus Evans re the ticket fiasco in the Rio Olympics, there's a lot more to this ticket fraud than what's been denied by his group of companies, if he's got nothing to hide, then he should be on the next plane to Rio to clear his group of companies names, lets see him wriggle out of this one, he owns them and should face the music, and if guilty sell the club and move out, as we don't want to be tarnished with his if proved corrupt ticket touting dealings .

Isn't that news 6 weeks old ? Or has something else come up today ?

Last entry under arrest warrants for these people was Aug15th/ 16th....so old news I guess. reckon AB has been on a trip to Mars and just got back lol

There's been no further incident since news broke in August, Evans is free to go about his business as usual from all I could ascertain.

Speaking of which, Evans company is holding seminars in various places around the world (Netherlands, Spain, United Arab Emirates) in the months ahead up until the end of year, none of which address anything to do with this club and focusing on all other aspects of his business. Point being, maybe it's one reason why we're not progressing as we should : Marcus Evans has so many different business enterprises it could be argued we're (Ipswich Town Football Club) only a minor relevance compared to other interests, and whatever goes on during game time may invariably pass under the radar as he's involved in other objectives he will (or may) see as more paramount.

ITFC is the Evans Corporation tax deductible in the corporate accounts. It suits his means to have a UK Company making a loss every financial year.

I can see no other reason for him owning us and not trying bump up Micks player kitty. Evans is worth OVER £700 million and his wealth continues to grow.
