Forgot to ask :

At home games, who is the guy the walks up and down shouting from a tannoy, wearing weird shorts and sandals ?

Is it Mr Disco ?

And what on earth does he say, Ok, im a little deaf, but i just could not understand him,

Correct. On Saturday he'll be wearing a stripey jumper, with a ball and chain on his left ankle!
He's saying - 'Anyone know a good extradition brief?' !

It's not Mr Disco. That guy looks like a genius next to Mr Disco.

This is the same individual that came to the fore on these pages some years back ? Fair enough, some may classify his behavior as idiosyncratic, but he's clearly got some level of passion for the club and guessing it would take some some guts to do what he does. Most, if not all, teams have a standout individual or fans that rise above others in taking support to another level, so may he continue his endeavors as he's clearly getting a message across.
