Because the Town players don't get a Bonus unless they get in the Play Offs or better, do you think this has a affect on them . Now they know the Play offs are out of reach, do you think this stops them going that extra to draw or even win a game? I know they are probably over paid anyway, but not getting anything extra for winning or drawing. Maybe they have said f*ck it then I'm not getting a bonus so f*ck it.

No, I think they're just sh*t!

Nowt to do with bonus,s and players sulking,the results are more to do with a lack of ability and fight. More to do with poor management and little motivation to get players to get stuck in. What is annoying, is that the supporters make an effort to show up and the team don,t. There was no attempt to take the game to Lincoln and that is followed by a fairly tame effort at Huddersfield. Why should supporters have to witness this crap ? Does McCarthy care ?

I don't think it's anything to do with bonus.

Just that MM's tactics and team selection, ageing senior players, limited budget, a few injuries, inability to improve players, etc have caught up with this team. Other clubs move on.... MM is still caught up with his alter-ego ' Super Mick' a couple of years ago and we're stuck in this depressing cycle of mediocrity. ME alone has the power to change things.... but won't.

I truly believe some of our senior players are just happy enough to have a contract and a loyal boss .... and any other bonus is a pipe-dream.
