A boiled egg from manky old Delia? With dippy soldiers? Deal.
Pretty sure they could be 2nd favourites behind Sunderland for the title next season.

If they get David Wagner and a slack handful of 'Udders players, then you might be right! Having just appointed that club's recent Director of Football, whose something of a King Midas in that role. ME missed a trick there!marko69 wrote:A boiled egg from manky old Delia? With dippy soldiers? Deal.

There was talk that Uwe Rosler is one of the leading candidates to take over (would presume close season as unlikely they'll fire Alex Neil at this stage of the campaign) and found this intended name a questionable potential replacement.
Some appointments such as this may work for a sporadic time, but if they're serious about finding previous stature then this is no way viable as a more extensive focus.

Do we have a Director of Football? We have a Dictator of Football... Mick!!!herforder wrote:If they get David Wagner and a slack handful of 'Udders players, then you might be right! Don't think we can have a Director of Football as you need money to burn. MM's also going to do it his way anyway.
NCFC could well luck out and get a decent manager and with still parachute money ... theyre in a better position than us for the start of next season.

Take it from me their fans are worried sick about next season already, they feel they have missed a trick this campaign and their chances greatly reduced next time around. I tend to agree.

They certainly didn't implode today....7-1 v Reading, the sort of result we can only dream of.

I hate to say it... but I think they'll be a force next year. If they miss out again ... then they'll join the likes of us making up the numbers. I think they will go for it big time in the summer.
The new Director of Football suggests intent ... I just hope his magic dust has evaporated and he pulls in a lame duck manager and expensive crap players.
