Can't help but think there's more to this than simply " moving on"

Good Luck Milts.....I think we will miss your behind the scenes efforts.

If you know Milton as long as some of us have ......there is more to it...

Milts loved his job raising funds and awareness for the academy. It opened doors and put him on a front foot to meet and socialise with some important people.Milts is motivated by money. can recall him considering charging autograph and snapshoters a fee....Wanted a stupid fee when asked if he wanted to meet up with our German friends at FC fortuna

Im guessing that ITFC are trying to reduce the wage bill and offered Milts either nothing or reduction. Hes called their bluff and the club have said goodbye then

Our club is running on a very tight budget and will continue to do so whilst ME is in charge.

Well if he is worth it, pay up. Nothing for free in this life. I think that maybe he is fed up with ME and the running of the club. When milts played for town there was a general feel of goodwill at PR regardless of the results on the pitch. Our club does not have the same feel about it under ME and the cracks are starting to show. Good luck fir the future milts, i for one dont blame you.

When Milts played for the club the powers that be racked up millions in debt, put the club into administration and left the mess for someone else to sort out years later, hence the tight budgets we live with today.

He's not going to Melbourne Victory, Ash. Maybe Colchester. I think the golf days will be safe.

Milton was a good club servant, similar player such as Stockwell or Mason, no-thrills individual, just hard working and reliable. Can understand the need to vacate from further team involvement, there's little in the way of hope or expectation right now and any immediate venture seems at times non-existent but take the opportunity to wish well in future endeavors.
