Well Done Millwall
On your pricing of tickets for away fans.
Hopefully more clubs will think of the cost for fans attending away games when working out their ticket prices in future.
Adults £23.00
Senior 60+ £14.00
Under 16 £10
Under 12 £5.00

As a club I have respect for Millwall.marko69 wrote:And the taxi to the A&E?
Nowadays they do a hell of a lot of work for the local community and have recently been awarded the Family Club of the Year trophy for 2017 by the EFL.
Yes they have more knobheads follow them than the majority of clubs but visits to the New Den are nowhere near as bad as they used to be at the original ground.

Yes, its the knobheads who give all clubs a bad name, especially as it's usually the travelling knobheads who create the hassle. ITFC will no doubt have some bills to pay after the visits of clubs like Millwall or Leeds. The New Den (and Millwall) will be so much better than it used to be, but forever tarnished in many eyes. £23 for 2hrs of verbal abuse isn't too bad though! It's far cheaper at Morton though, Shed!

Feck me I paid 40 quid for verbal abuse at Carrot Road last season so 23 seems like a bargain.marko69 wrote:Yes, its the knobheads who give all clubs a bad name, especially as it's usually the travelling knobheads who create the hassle. If so it is like Cardiff where they are parked up right by the away end in their own secured area. We always go in the Millwall cafe for food before the game which is within the ground complex.

Yes mate coach for this one. To be honest Cardiff I never have a problem with, I usually go over to the pub right by the ground for a meal and a beer or two, get a few looks but thats about it, probably go straight to ground at Millwall though lol.

Wonder if they had gone along with said prices if the club had remained in League One. Obviously trying to rid themselves of their 'unwanted image' and making it a more family-oriented environment, the club has moved forward significantly since moving from the old arena. There's a misguided belief that any trip to this part of South East London poses a risk or there will be invariable hostilities or behavior, but in fact Lewisham Council (who believe work strongly with the club) have made the area far more vibrant and appealing from years before and it's a far more enjoyable experience from what some will recall with possible incident.

All he wanted to do was walk up Lewisham High street whilst minding his own business.

Maybe that Barcelona-ish ITFC top? Looks a bit claret from a distance!
