Another one bites the dust!

I got respect for the individual, but the time would seem now to quit further involvement. Has endured a colorful and extensive managerial career going back as far as Bournemouth, but must realize his time has passed. Can be hard - very hard - for those who have remained in the game for as long as they have, but this would be a suitable opportunity to step aside.
Carsley would be a good interim appointment if correct. Tangible leadership qualities and can influence correctly those around him. Someone who can assist when help is required, may be a possible more permanent deal in it at future date.
