Day starts very well indeed........ my beloved Richmond Tigers Australian Rules footy team are into next weeks 2017 AFL Grand Final. My youngest son, Scott (who's touring Oz) was at the MCG in Melbourne this morning for the game v GWS. Just incredible result and first final since 1982. First bit of sporting emotion since Hibs 2016!

Hibs to win in the Highlands today, Ipswich to win in Leeds...... keep this day GREAT!

Morning all!

Hoping for a Town win, but would be happy with a draw.

:D Yep, they were!

Seriously considering heading over there for the final next week. Just trying to work out the logistics of it all. Was at the 1980 Grand Final Tigers win as an 11 year old,......., would love to make it back there.

Proud of the boys today, better side second half and deserved something from the game. Bart error cost us

Corner. Ball came in. Bart caught it on his line but dropped it through his legs. Under no pressure, just keeper error

I have openly said i would not go to another game until town played well last season. Well today was my first game this season and i cant fault ipswich at all. Result flattets leeds even though there was one goal in it. For me town bossed the game and looked like the home team. If we judge our season against this team who are top we will be in top six at least. Mick mccarthy will be gutted and rightly so
