ahh Magic Vegas, that gambling brand none of us have ever heard of. The shirts look horrendous with that on it too. I always wanted to get a new sponsor, would prefer a local company of some sort, but we have followed the trend of most other Championship clubs and gone with online gambling. Just think it makes our shirts look cheap and tacky.

Will net us around £2m over the course of the contract, that doesn't seem a lot but I guess its better than nothing. Not overally happy with it but it is what it is.

I,m horrified over this, take a look at the company yourself and read peoples reviews on them! it makes some alarming reading!! and we have actually signed up with this dare i say it illegal con merchant company, as that is what people are saying about them!!

Didn't Evans put £5 million over 3 years?

Now we're getting £2 million over 3 years.
I guess this now shows where Evans is with the club. We're nothing but a tax loss for him now, and he doesn't care about the club, because IMO he's lost intrest.
He's thought he'd make a quick buck, get us to the premiership in 1-2 years and then sell for a massive profit.

IMO we're either gonna stay a mid table championship club or relegation fodder from now on. Or until he sells up.

Ye Gods - when you think of all the decent blue chip companies out there that we could have struck a deal with we end up with some tatty tinpot gambling outfit and the shirt itself looks totally horrendous. The Cobbolds will be turning in their graves.

This bloody club is falling apart, what a crap company to get involved with, promoting gambling !!! The shirt looks bloody awful and cheap too, we are fast becoming a laughing stock. The only thing is could this just possibly be the onset of putting the wheels in motion for Evans to p*ss off ?

Also £2m over 3.5 years sounds a pretty crap deal anyway. Not worth it. May have been better just having a local charity for free. I'm all for sponsorship but this is just so amateur its unreal. Kids like having shirts just like the players, theirs will be plain as they cant have the sponsor on theirs, that will put some off. Looks like a Sunday league kit

 I have just looked at the reviews for this gambling site, out of about 20 I read, only 4 were of a positive nature, the rest were all slating this company off for its thieving tactics, as BM said we really have hit the absolute lowest point now, with this cheapskate company, probably links into Marcus Evans empire somewhere down the line, I mean £2'000 000 over 3 years that about £55'000 a month, we will be a laughing stock to them up the road, God this makes me feel sick, a 2 bob owner and a 2 bob sponsor, better to have no sponsor than this tribe

Just when you think the club can't do anything else to make themselves look worse.
Knowing ITFC to cap it off they will probably increase the price of the new shirts.Think Evans is doing everything he can to make us look like a tinpot club!

Great news. He is indeed magic. Hopefully pictures go on the shirts. Preferably with monkey included.

Milne states this is NOT the first stages of Evans selling up the Club. I remain to be convinced. For me this is his first step to distance himself from his loss making toy.

Magical Vegas ?, we're not even worth three bells on a win-line in f**king Bognor Regis..

Don't like it (it's) got to be said. Anything seems better than having that lame-as* Evans' name featured, but gambling associations and betting groups, you can understand people's anger and dismay, just seems another kick to the clubs recent integrity and fall from previous stature. Granted I don't have to wear it, but the team is expected to go out from next season and display these individuals - those of which many don't even recognize. It is too late to avert this proposed idea ?, not in favor of what they're suggesting here, you can understand people's displeasure and initial reaction.

I’m well pissed off with this. As much as I enjoy the odd flutter I detest how much of a hold gambling sites have over live sport and feel this industry needs much heavier regulation. I just hate to see how much damage gambling does to the young uns and have seen this first hand.

A f**king disgrace for a football club that in the past has had such high family values.

How much worse can it get !

I dunno, Marko. ME took on 80-mil in debt when he bought us...so for me, I'd say that's a gamble?

I think you'll find he payed a lot less thatn that, and offered something like 4p in the pound for the debts
All of the £80 million+ the club owes is to Evans himself!

When ME acquired the club, the debt was around £32M - but, as stated above, he ‘bought’ that debt for a significantly lower amount. With that sum having now nudged towards £90M, and no immediate prospect of gaining PL status, ME’s other business interests, tax offsets and any other clever financial magic he can weave, still have to generate sufficient money to fund the £6-7M annual basic running costs of the club. That’s real cash, not paper or property loot.

In deciding to become the owner of a football club, he certainly took a gamble 10 years ago - and the dice are still tumbling. He’s always stated that he’s in it ‘for the long haul’ - at least he got that bit right. Question is, how long might that be? Magical Vegas should give good odds!

Surely our Football Club marketing team could have struck a deal with one of the top companies based in Suffolk albeit the options are fairly limited but to mention a few. EDF Energy, AXA, Willis Group and Associated British Ports, any one of these would have been so much better than Magic Vegas or any other betting company.

Magical Vegas are an AWFUL casino brand and platform - I test and try casino website as part of a job ( IT Security ) and yes im going to say its shit3

NO where near on par with the like of MrGreen and SkyVegas

Very disappointing to see that ITFC have signed with them - well it was a bit of a gamble, !

Also - did you know MagicVegas is only the 9th company to shirt sponsor town.

...and by far the poorest choice so far.

I can recall 7;

Pioneer
Fisons
TXU Energy
Green King
Powergen
EoN
Marcus Evans

Who were the 8th ?

I only know that, Charnwood because I got it added to my ITFC shirt back then. Really loved that ITFC "France" style design. Could be wrong, but I think the Fisons with red lace appeared soon after.
