On a more serious note

Got news a few moments ago that former England international Ray Wilkins has sadly passed on, following a cardiac arrest at the weekend.
Wilkins, 61, had been undergoing treatment at Saint George's emergency center in London but lost his battle within the last hour. Take this opportunity to offer condolences to his immediate family and the clubs most associated with his career.
I remember him as a player in the 80's and 90's with an array of different club sides including those overseas and scored a memorable strike in the 1983 FA Cup Final while involved with Manchester United. In later years he turned to media and TV commentary and took up a number of managerial posts, some involving past playing careers. Sorry again to learn of this news.
