20 years back the club had seen fewer managers than any other Football League club other than West Ham United and believe hadn't even fired one before Bob Ferguson in 1987. Bear in mind the club hadn't become fully established until the 1930's hence the seemingly small number of appointments but always warrants a mention the caliber some of the names that have been in position.
With regard to Norwich, Michael Walker apart, how many names could you label as a deserving team coach for them. They possessed a very good side around the late 80's early 90's but can't recall who was in place back then. Lambert in recent time deserves a certain amount of plaudits but his light soon diminished.
