Too right, Ricco. Depressing.
It’s like the football Gods have said, .... “ok, we gave you the 70s/80s, two trophies of huge stature, now fk off and quit moaning, it’s bournemouth and Brentford’s turn, maybe Wycombes.”

Well the protest is arranged for Saturday 9th January at home to Swindon, the police have been notified etc so this looks like its going ahead, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Well supported on this occasion too.

You know what’ll happen........ unbeaten until the 9th! Then it’ll be like a Monty Python type protest.
“What’s has paul Lambert ever done for us?”
“Won the last 4 games?”
“Yeah, but apart from ........”

If you remember, Marko, I started identifying as Shirley Bassey several months again.
Those sequined dresses are getting tight now and it's costing me a fortune in make-up. Very therapeutic though.

Who was manager when Evans came in, Magilton, Jewell ? Kind of last track over the years amid all the disappointments and missed opportunity.
Let's keep it quick, all right 13 years and what to show for it. What, one league cup semi-final and a play-off place. Not really up to much is it. Despite the one season when McCarthy took us to the end of season play-off games there's been next to nothing to get excited about it terms of league adventure.
It's no good reminiscing about past glories, the days we had can never be replicated however even as recent as 20 years back Sheepshanks had assembled a manager and team that was good enough to challenge. Great fall away started in 2006, Royle departed, most seasons after that were by and large garbage. Only compounded by a succession of lame managerial appointments. I feel kind of sympathy for the younger generation who haven't witnessed hardly much to get excited about or just been with a team that's been in near total wilderness for the best part of 15 years. Guess the irony is you won't get this time back.

You watch Boris put Ipswich/Suffolk into Tier 3 before then

, so nobody will be allowed inside PR, that or worse still a 3rd lockdown!

It was Magilton, Saint. Tbh he wasn’t doing a bad job for a rookie either . It went downhill after that.....

I've thought about this numerous times. I'm glad I have two daughters who couldn't care less about ITFC. I can't begin to imagine how I could convince a son/daughter to support Ipswich.

Interesting to see that the Swindon game has been chosen for Sky coverage. Will mean the usual change of kick off time and possibly date.

I feel Ipswich the town will be placed in tier 3. Cant see any other outcome, due to rising levels of CoVid here atm .
