Wonder if they are expecting to lose their Premiership rights as has been predicted by some sources? Goodbye to more 3 o’clock kickoff’s then.

Am I reading that right, in that ifollow audio/video will still be available for international audiences?

"Domestic streaming audio services will remain alongside existing audio-visual arrangements for international audiences via iFollow and club streaming services."
Looks like it.

Ok then, so what’s the problem?

Good if you have sky. Will mean less 3pm Saturday kick offs though.

I thought Mark Ashton had confirmed that ITFC would be launching its own Digital TV Channel at the start of next season which I assume would end the relationship with ifollow.

That’s what it says, iFollow OR clubs streaming services - ie town tv, will continue.

Not sure how that would work . Sky won’t be allowing live streaming like ifollow do, so not sure how they could show the games. Anyone know? I’ve got my vpn for next season already so might be able to hop abroad to Netherlands to watch via ifollow unless things change .
Edit: or would Town allow fans access home and abroad? It would be in their interest income wise to do so … ie 9.5k viewers for one of our recent games I understand!

It’ll work exactly like it does now just swap iFollow for town tv.
Abroad for 3pm sat games. Other games available for those in the UK (just maybe joy when on sky)

I think you'll be fine mate with the new ITFC TV Channel

As long as I can watch every game I’ll be as “happy as a sandboy”. Whilst I’d prefer to watch the superior cover delivered by Sky in reality that’s only likely to be circa 7 games over the season which would leave 39 for ITFCtv to show. Given my excellent experience watching our away game at Charlton on Charltontv I expect IpswichTowntv to be superior to ifollow, and with all the ticket pass revenue going to the football club we should be more than happy with that.
Let’s hope it’s up and running by August and in the meantime sit back and look forward to it.

Nope shouldn't do, I'm guessing it will work the same as it does now.

I guess it’s also about sensible pricing.

I think the Club does try in that respect. Todays beam back is £5 half the price of ifollow.
I’m looking forward to TownTv to see what it offers.
