How can this be his first cap at 29? Did he not make himself available to St Lucia in the past in the hope of another nation calling on him? Can only assume St Lucia asked (again & again) and he has finally agreed.

Yes, that makes no sense. BS in fact. Either that or its true and they didn't ask thinking it'd be pointless...., he'll say "no".
