Apparently there’s a 3k waiting list for season tickets! Next summers off pitch work will undoubtedly be increasing stadium capacity . Wonder what 3k ST revenue ( that’s essentially lost to the club right now), is worth?
I don't think it is lost though Liz as those 3k will buy up the remaining tickets that are available every home game, we will pretty much be sold out every week.

Valid! I'm sure Ashton mentioned alon these lines in his interview about this a while back, i.e more revnue from selling full price vs season tickets.

We need to put this right !

Norwich City and Ipswich Town are back in the same division after three years. Ipswich, who have not beaten their East Anglian rivals since 2009, host the derby on December 12, with the Carrow Road fixture on April 6.

Yes, hopefully better than the usual loss and draw.

Lovely to think that not so long ago there was a gap of Two divisions and everything on the Blue side was all doom and gloom as we stared into the abyss, things are changing for sure, we are progressive in so many ways and moving forward as our neighbours stand still at best, the dominance will hopefully be over on the pitch too but as much as we crave a win the bigger picture is more important and on that front I feel we are galloping ahead at last.

Don't go to the wrong ground on December 12th, Charnwood. You need to get to Vicarage Road that day. Its the 16th @ PR.

Still way too far into the season for a derby. But regardless of who has momentum, let's hope Ipswich do the talking on the pitch that day, (or the carpet or whatever the F it is) and both the players & manager step up to the task at hand.

I'm hoping it's moved to the 17th as I'll be docking at Southampton on the bloody 16th.

Just a typo Marko but I wasn’t far out with my prediction of Christmas and Easter for the two fixtures, maybe a week out for each one

Seeing as we’re predicting……. I predict it happening on the 16th and Mike hiring a submersible to get there on time.

I can’t see submersible’s being a popular form of transport after recent events. ☹️

When I drink too much beer, I tend to have a catastrophic implosion and then I release a homemade submersible in the morning…while I sip on coffee and read the news. 😉

Wholeheartedly agree.

Unless of course one is invented by someone way more knowledgable and way less pompous than the arrogant murderer that is Stockton Rush.

But again, agree; can't see that being done before the 16th Dec Ips v Nor fixture.

I can’t believe my first visit to the UK for a few years and the chance to take in a Town game and it’s a bloody International Weekend break. How crap is that. ☹️

I am tempted to try and get to this friendly, would be a good test.

Also wonder if out new Town TV will be up and running before then and if streaming would be an option?

Totally forgot that its not like we will get an away allocation of one small stand.......as no Col U fans will be there! Suspect Luton will get a stand behind a goal and we will get the rest of the stadium, 8k+. Probably still sell out?

I suspect it’ll sell out within minutes. This will be a feature of most Town games this season.
