To declare any player best of all those who have featured for us since records began is a standout honor. People may argue the choice but the man epitomized work rate, ability and team devotion. Take the opportunity to remember and applaud such a celebrated player on this day.

Hard to argue against. He’s certainly the best Town player I’ve seen in my lifetime.
