Honestly unbelievable Mike, it really is, it's documentary level stuff going on at the moment, I'd give him a 20 year contract if I could.

Here's some more stats you may enjoy, especially as a proponent of Ladapo since he arrived... a few of our current boys, with a smattering of others thrown in for context. Minutes per goal:

118 - Gerry Baker - Fastest scorer with more than 10 goals for the club
120 - Freddie Ladapo - Second fastest
129 - Ray Crawford
157 - Nathan Broadhead
161 - Conor Chaplin
184 - Ted Phillips
190 - Darren Bent
192 - David Johnson
217 - George Hirst
353 - Tamas Priskin

Perhaps doesn't mean much, but it shows the rate at which we're scoring. Chaplin and Broadhead among the fastest ever, and Ladapo is pretty much the most potent striker in the clubs history and rarely gets a start.

 @ adding Pritt-stick to this. 👍👌

I’ll need to set time aside and study this. How can none of the 80s lads be in there? Paul Mariner?
I’m all for Ipswich having their most potent striker in history at the moment with Freddie……. but…….. 🤔……. Well i just cant feckin believe that if im honest.

BUT…….. im not an attending fan and i never see the makings of goals etc etc……. But if all accurate, then ——->> delighted

Got to be honest, some of the more historic stats seem a little off! Mariner is every 278 minutes on the list, but if you take all his appearances and say he played 90 mins in each, then it's 223. I imagine his record is more in line with Bent and Johnson.

Stats should be far more accurate for the modern era.

I've said all last season and earlier this that Ladapo's minutes to goals is second to none so its no surprise to me Ricco but pleasing to see it officially, he gets a bit of flack, he probably always will due to his languid style but for me he's been a super signing and remains a key member of the squad.

WE LOVE YOU FREDDIE OH YES WE DO
OH FREDDIE WE LOVE YOU!!!!,

The other thing that jumps out at me from those stats is a clean sheet in 50% of our games and that's with Edmundson, Woolfy and Burgess so it ain't too bad is it.

Those stats about KM are remarkable. Even more so when a lot of United fans on RedCafe.net forum didn’t rate him as a coach and we’re glad to see the back of him!

He wouldn't be human if he wasn't. I think (and hope) he's level-headed enough to see the job out here first though.

UTD aren’t going to hire a manager who hasn’t managed at least a European level team. Ollie was the exception but in general top English clubs try and higher already proven elite managers. There are many managers (now now) ahead of KM in the UTD pecking order.

I think those running are so inept that they're more likely to try and hire Roy Keane before they look at McKenna, so I think we can sleep safely. It's surely in our interests that United isn't sold, because I imagine the current arrangement is not attractive to McKenna, its destroyed manager after manager, just like Evans did at PR!

I’d agree with this shabba. I think Kieran will be with us for a while yet.
